Made using a mix of reclaimed London construction clay and Kaolin from Cornwall, all the materials for these cups were hand processed. They were then fired in a wood kiln, stoked constantly over 12 hours. The path of the flame and the turbulent atmosphere of the kiln create unique variations in colour and texture on each piece.
