These mixed clay cups are covered in a traditional crawling shino glaze made of only 3 ingredients. During the 8 hour firing in the gas kiln, the glaze shrinks to from the unique surface texture, interacting with the iron rich clay to create bright flashes of orange. Perfect as espresso cups or for sipping spirits.
